- Send your enquiry. Grade, quantity, packing preference and destination port are all we need to start.
- We confirm the offer. Indicative price, packing options, lead time and the specification sheet or COA sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is one 20-foot container, which is about 25 MT in 25 kg bags. Smaller trial quantities can be discussed if you are testing the market.
Can you send a sample before I order?
Yes. Small samples for laboratory testing can be arranged, normally with the courier cost paid by the buyer.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Certificate of Analysis for the batch, MSDS, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and a certificate of origin (Form E where applicable). Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB Tianjin (Xingang) is our standard basis. We also quote CFR and CIF to your destination port on request.
