Request a quotation for caustic soda flakes
Tell us the grade, the quantity, the packing and the destination port and we reply with an indicative price, packing options and the specification sheet — normally within one working day (Monday to Saturday, GMT+8).
What happens after you send it
- We check the specification against plant output. If your limits need a production run rather than standard material, we say so instead of guessing.
- You get an indicative price and packing options. FOB Tianjin is our standard basis; CFR and CIF are quoted with a named destination port.
- Documents before you commit. Specification sheet, MSDS and a sample certificate of analysis go out with the offer — see documents and downloads.
- Samples, inspection and terms. Pre-shipment inspection by a third party can be arranged; payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice.

Before you send
What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is one 20-foot container — about 25 MT in 25 kg bags, or 27 MT weight-limited in jumbo bags. Tell us if you are testing the market and we will say honestly whether something smaller can be arranged.
How firm is the price you quote?
The first reply is an indicative price based on current market level and your destination. It is confirmed firm for the period stated on the offer, so you always know how long you can work with it.
Can you supply against my own specification?
Usually yes. Send the limits — assay, carbonate, chloride, iron, heavy metals, particle size — and we check them against plant output before offering.
Do you sign a Sales Contract and issue a proforma invoice?
Yes. The proforma invoice carries the price, Incoterm, packing, shipment window and payment terms; the sales contract repeats them for both sides to sign.
